Is Produk.io a registered business?
Yes. We are registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) as PRDK DIGITAL ENTERPRISE, registration number 202603220966 (NS0326761-U). Your earnings and payouts are handled by a legitimate Malaysian entity.
Do I need a business or SSM registration?
No. You can start as an individual creator. We collect your tax details before your first payout so your earnings are properly recorded.
How fast do I get paid?
Your balance updates the moment a sale completes. Request a payout any time you're above RM10 and it lands in your Malaysian bank account, usually within 1-3 working days.
What can I sell?
You can sell PDFs, ebooks, Canva and Notion templates, worksheets, spreadsheets, presets, social media kits, design assets and other digital files.
Can buyers really pay without an account?
Yes. They enter their email, pay and receive the download link. They do not need to create an account.
What if a buyer says the file didn't arrive?
You can resend the buyer's download link from your dashboard. If you need help, send us a support ticket there too.
